Do you deliver to all Spanish provinces?+
Yes - we deliver to all 52 Spanish provinces including the Canary Islands and Balearic Islands. Standard delivery takes 3-5 working days. Free delivery on orders over EUR 1,999.
Can you cut wood to specific lengths?+
Yes. All our timber products are available in the standard lengths shown on each product page. We do not offer arbitrary custom cutting.
What is Douglas fir and why is it ideal for outdoor use?+
Douglas fir is a naturally durable softwood with high resin content that makes it resistant to moisture, fungi and insects without chemical treatment.
Do I need planning permission for a pergola in Spain?+
In most Spanish municipalities, a freestanding pergola under 30m2 does not require a building permit but does require a works notification. Rules vary by municipality.
How long does it take to assemble a pergola kit?+
A 3x3m or 4x3m Classic kit can typically be assembled by 2 people in a weekend (8-12 hours total).
What payment methods do you accept?+
Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Bizum and iDEAL. Bank transfer available for orders over EUR 2,500.
