Returns & Refunds Policy

At WoodShop, your satisfaction is our priority. We understand that sometimes things don't work out, and we're here to make the return process as smooth as possible.

14-Day Return Policy

You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to return unused products in their original condition. This applies to all standard stock items purchased through our website.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team via email at returns@woodshop.es or WhatsApp at +34 722 86 93 99 with your order number and reason for return.

Conditions for Returns

  • Products must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging
  • All strapping and protective wrapping must be intact
  • Custom cut-to-length orders cannot be returned unless defective
  • Products must not have been exposed to weather or moisture
  • Original proof of purchase required

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned except in cases of defect or damage on arrival:

  • Custom cut-to-length timber orders
  • Special order items not held in standard stock
  • Products that have been installed or modified
  • Products ordered for specific project dimensions

Return Shipping

For standard returns (change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We can arrange collection at a cost, or you may arrange your own transport.

For returns due to defects, incorrect items, or damage on arrival, WoodShop will cover all return shipping costs.

Damaged or Defective Products

Please inspect your delivery upon arrival. If you notice any damage or defects:

  1. Note the damage on the delivery receipt before signing
  2. Take photographs of the damaged items and packaging
  3. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  4. We will arrange replacement or refund at no extra cost

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days
  • Refunds are credited to the original payment method
  • Bank processing may take an additional 5-10 business days
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns

Exchanges

If you need a different product, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order. This ensures the fastest processing time and availability of your desired items.
