2. Products and Pricing

• All prices are displayed in Euros and include VAT unless otherwise stated
• Prices are subject to change without notice
• Product images are for illustration purposes; natural wood varies in color and grain
• We reserve the right to correct pricing errors
• Timber dimensions are nominal; actual dimensions may vary slightly

3. Orders and Payment

• Orders are subject to acceptance and availability
• We will confirm your order via email
• Payment is required at the time of order
• We accept major credit cards, bank transfer, and PayPal
• For large orders, we may offer payment terms upon request

4. Delivery

• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
• Risk of damage or loss transfers to you upon delivery
• You must inspect goods upon delivery and note any damage
• Access requirements must be communicated before delivery
• Failed deliveries due to inadequate access may incur additional charges

5. Custom Orders

For custom cut-to-length orders and pergola configurations:

• Custom orders are non-refundable unless defective
• Measurements provided by you are your responsibility
• A tolerance of +/- 5mm applies to all cut dimensions
• Lead times for custom orders are provided at the time of quote

7. Product Quality

• All timber is graded according to European standards
• Natural variations in color, grain, and knots are normal
• Wood may move, twist, or check as it acclimates to its environment
• Proper storage and acclimatization are the customer's responsibility

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages
• Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the products
• We are not responsible for installation errors
• Fitness for purpose claims are limited to product specifications
